*What is our returns policy?*

We accept returns of products purchased from seashellitalia.com in new condition, with tags and liners intact, for store credit. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You have 21 days from the arrival date to request an exchange. Sale items, including those purchased with a discount of 15% or more, are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear. We do not accept returns for worn or soiled/stained items.

*Is it easy to return items?*

*How soon will I get my store credit?*

You will receive your store credit via email within 6-8 business days after we receive your return.

*Can I return Final Sale items or items purchased with a discount code?*

All items purchased with a discount of 15% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@seashellbikinitalia.com.

*What items are exchangeable?*

- Items returned within 21 days of their arrival date.
- Full-priced items in new condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

*What items are non-exchangeable?*

- Final sale items.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Sale items, including those purchased during flash sales or with discounts of 15% or more.
- Items that have been worn or are soiled/stained.

*What happens if your return is rejected by our returns team?*

If an item is received in a condition that does not meet our return criteria (e.g., without tags, packaging, or if soiled or stained), it will be immediately returned to you from our warehouse. For sanitary reasons, we cannot issue store credit for these items. The shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
