*EU DELIVERY INFO*
We are happy to offer our Seashell customers free standard delivery! Standard delivery is available on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. To ensure you receive your order before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to guarantee delivery by Friday.
EU orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days, though deliveries from a different warehouse may take up to 6-7 working days.
Please note: we do not take responsibility for deliveries to shipping companies or freight forwarders. This will be at your own risk.

As a Seashell customer, you are entitled to our free standard delivery service! Standard delivery is available on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
USA orders usually arrive within 3-4 working days. To receive your order by Friday, please place your order by Tuesday at 4:00 PM Pacific Time. Unfortunately, we do not offer a Saturday delivery service.

*DELIVERY SERVICE*
We entrust all our deliveries to reliable delivery partners, including DHL Express and UPS. To ensure secure delivery, we require a signature upon receipt.
Please make sure you or someone you trust will be available to accept the delivery, whether at home or at work. If no one is available, we will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from the depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred when shipping to your destination.
Please do not refuse delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the original delivery cost plus return shipping fees. Any refund for refused deliveries will be minus the delivery and return costs.
